Marinate: 4 Hr.
* 2 c. cider vinegar
* 6 Tbsp. salt
* 1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
* 1-1/2 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
* 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
* 2-1/2-3 lbs. country style pork ribs
1. Combine ingredients except pork in glass bowl.
2. Add pork ribs to sauce and marinate for at least 4 hrs. in refrigerator.
3. Remove ribs and heat remaining barbecue sauce to a boil in a saucepan.
4. Prepare medium-hot fire and grill ribs over indirect heat for 30 min. per side, basting occasionally.
5. Serve remaining sauce with ribs.
